This position features a starting pay rate of $39.32 per hour and offers employees access to paid time off after the first 90 calendar days of employment. The CDL A City P&D Driver is responsible for city delivery and pickup of freight with a daily return to the terminal, allowing for a local work schedule. The job involves multiple stops each workday, handling scanning equipment to track deliveries accurately, engaging with customers directly, and completing potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack. This position requires a candidate who can safely operate equipment and meet Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including passing a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening as well as a successful road test.
