Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 3+ years verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Must have or be willing to obtain doubles and triples endorsements
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, MVR review, DOT physical, and road test
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability to new technology
Job Duties
- Drive AI-powered self-driving trucks to support live commercial operations
- Respond to live dispatches and assist with autonomous truck recovery, staging, and repositioning
- Operate commercial motor vehicles and support assets in active customer environments
- Collaborate with engineers, operators, and field teams to improve safety, efficiency, and system performance
- Ensure fleet uptime, safety, and performance while hauling sand on local Permian Basin routes
- Uphold and support the company-wide safety mission at all times
- Participate in training and adapt to evolving autonomous technology systems
