Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Pass background check and drug test
- Possess a valid CDL-A license
- Maintain safe driving record
- Able to lift heavy tarps as physically tested
- Comply with clean clearinghouse results
- Minimum 4 months driving experience
- Must adhere to company pet and rider policies
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A driver’s license (CDL-A)
- Minimum of 4 months driving experience, 1 year preferred
- Safe driving record with no recent violations
- Ability to physically lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform
- Clean background check and drug test
- Knowledge of federal and state trucking regulations
- Good communication and time management skills
Job Duties
- Operate flatbed trucks safely and efficiently over long-distance routes
- Secure and tarps loads in compliance with safety standards
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Follow all federal and state transportation regulations
- Manage time and schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly
