CDL A Truck Driver

GCNA is currently seeking a Vehicle Operator to join their team. This role involves the responsible and safe operation of vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver donated goods, processed merchandise, and other materials across various locations affiliated with GCNA. The position offers a starting pay of $23.00 per hour and requires a commitment to safety, customer service, and adherence to established policies and procedures. The Vehicle Operator will perform essential duties including daily vehicle maintenance checks, resolving customer concerns, and following safety guidelines at all times. This position may require occasional overtime hours and involves physical tasks such as unloading vehicles and moving donated items.

Employing a valid Class A Arizona Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is mandatory, along with a clean driving record, DOT certification, and a Medical Examiner’s Certificate. The ideal candidate must bring at least two years of experience operating a CDL vehicle and demonstrate proficiency in English communication, technology use, and the ability to take direction and follow training. The role emphasizes consistent attendance and the embodiment of Goodwill's mission and values in daily work.
