Familiarity with manual transmissions is preferred and may be mandatory at some locations. Additionally, drivers must be familiar with the FMCSA Clearinghouse, register accordingly, and communicate effectively in English to complete required documentation and interact professionally with customers.

Beyond the operational duties, US Foods is committed to the safety, growth, and satisfaction of its drivers through competitive pay, paid training and overtime, service recognitions, and rewards programs. Leadership at US Foods encourages continuous improvement and fosters an inclusive workplace culture where every employee has the opportunity to advance.
