- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum one year OTR experience in the last three years
- At least six months flatbed experience in the last ten years

- Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently
- Manage lease purchase payments and maintain truck condition
- Run freight on preferred traffic lanes and maintain scheduled home time
- Submit accurate and timely delivery documentation
- Utilize company-provided equipment and maintenance support
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and support teams
- Adhere to all DOT and company safety regulations
