Trainees will participate in comprehensive training programs designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with experienced driver trainers, assisting in deliveries, performing essential safety inspections, and ensuring the proper handling and documentation of food products. Safety, professionalism, and customer service are central pillars of this position, requiring the trainee to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Benefits include health and wellness coverage, an employee stock purchase plan, 401K with employer matching, education assistance, and paid time off. Candidates can expect a stable schedule working five days per week on day shifts in local positions with home daily routes, supporting a balanced work-life environment.
