The company is currently hiring experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A truck drivers who are looking for consistent miles, strong company support, and a direct pathway to ownership via their lease purchase program. Christenson Transportation has established a position that offers 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week, primarily operating freight lanes east of Interstate 35. The freight is no-touch, customer-based freight which minimizes physical labor and allows drivers more focus on safe, efficient driving. Notably, there is no forced dispatch, and drivers are guaranteed home time so they never miss important family or personal commitments.

This role appeals to seasoned drivers with a minimum of two years of OTR experience and a clean safety record, including no DOT reportable or preventable accidents in the past three years. The lease purchase program is designed to facilitate truck ownership within two to four years, driving late-model Peterbilt 579 Ultra Loft trucks equipped with modern amenities such as Cummins engines, an engine power unit (EPU), inverter, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and free WiFi. Uniquely, the program requires no credit check, no down payment or trailer rental fees, and guarantees low weekly payments, removing typical barriers to truck ownership.

Compensation is competitive and designed to reward drivers generously with gross annual earnings ranging from $190,000 to $230,000. Drivers receive weekly direct deposit every Friday and benefit from profit sharing linked with market surcharges, a $500 driver referral bonus, and multiple incentive programs including stay pay longevity bonuses. These bonuses increase with tenure, rewarding long-term commitment from $1,000 in the first year up to $5,000 in the fifth year and beyond. The company fully covers truck and trailer maintenance costs, toll fees, fuel discounts, and a prepaid legal plan for drivers' peace of mind.

Additional pay opportunities include sign-on bonuses, safety bonuses, detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay, extra stop pay, and quarterly bonuses, all designed to enhance driver earnings.

Job Requirements
