Job Requirements
- Must have a Class A CDL
- must be 21 or older
- must have at least one year of driving experience
- willing to complete drug screenings including urinalysis and hair follicle tests
- able to drive as a team temporarily if you have 6-12 months of experience
Job Qualifications
- Must have a Class A CDL
- minimum of one year of OTR driving experience
- ability to complete required drug screenings including urinalysis and hair follicle tests
- familiarity with using electronic logging devices and route management tools
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to drive both solo and as part of a team if needed
Job Duties
- Drive long distances across multiple states or regions to deliver freight on time
- operate company-provided new automatic Volvo trucks with advanced technology
- follow all safety and regulatory guidelines including drug screening policies
- maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation
- participate in company events like team potlucks and driver appreciation celebrations
- communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
- ensure compliance with home time policies and route schedules
