The position open is for CDL-A Company Solo and Team OTR Truck Drivers who are passionate about driving and possess a high level of professionalism and dedication. These roles offer highly competitive compensation packages including a $5,000 sign-on bonus, base pay ranging from $0.46 to $0.52 per mile for solo drivers and $0.57 to $0.67 for team drivers, along with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,250. Drivers can also benefit from fuel bonuses, per diem payments, paid orientation, and numerous bonus opportunities. The compensation package reflects Bulkley Trucking's commitment to rewarding its workforce for their hard work and loyalty.

Job Requirements
- Must have a Class a CDL
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have one or more years of driving experience
- Willingness to complete drug screening - urinalysis and hair follicle
- Temporary team driving required for 6-12 months experience holders
- Able to operate and maintain commercial motor vehicles safely
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of one year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass drug screening tests
- Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Operate commercial motor vehicles over long distances safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Ensure timely delivery of freight
- Participate in company events and safety meetings
