Job Requirements

  • Must have a Class a CDL
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have 1+ years of experience
  • Willing to complete drug screening - urinalysis and hair follicle
  • If you have 6-12 months of driving experience you must drive as a team temporarily before going solo

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Minimum one year of OTR driving experience
  • Understanding of federal and state transportation regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to manage trucking responsibilities
  • Willingness to adhere to drug screening policies

Job Duties

  • Operate commercial trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently
  • follow all federal, state, and company regulations regarding hours of service and vehicle operation
  • perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
  • maintain accurate logs and records of trips and deliveries
  • manage no-touch freight to minimize physical labor
  • participate in orientation and training programs as required
