Job Requirements
- Must have a Class a CDL
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have 1+ years of experience
- Willing to complete drug screening - urinalysis and hair follicle
- If you have 6-12 months of driving experience you must drive as a team temporarily before going solo
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum one year of OTR driving experience
- Understanding of federal and state transportation regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to manage trucking responsibilities
- Willingness to adhere to drug screening policies
Job Duties
- Operate commercial trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently
- follow all federal, state, and company regulations regarding hours of service and vehicle operation
- perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
- communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- maintain accurate logs and records of trips and deliveries
- manage no-touch freight to minimize physical labor
- participate in orientation and training programs as required
