With decades of experience, the company has built a solid reputation for reliability and trustworthiness, making it an ideal place for professional truck drivers seeking a stable and rewarding career.

The company specializes in Over-The-Road (OTR) trucking and serves both solo and team drivers with a Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Bulkley Trucking offers competitive pay packages that include attractive base pay rates, sign-on bonuses, weekly minimums, and multiple performance-based bonuses. The pay range for solo drivers is typically between $70,000 and $85,000 per year, while team drivers can earn between $78,000 and $90,000 or more annually. Drivers can also benefit from a fuel bonus, per diem allowances, and a guaranteed weekly minimum pay, ensuring consistent earnings. In addition to competitive pay and equipment, Bulkley Trucking offers a robust benefits package, including full health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and short-term disability coverage. The company also features a matching 401(k) retirement plan with contributions up to 3 percent, paid time off, weekly direct deposit, and various bonus opportunities. The employee culture is further enriched with team potlucks, rider pet programs, and an annual driver appreciation week celebration to honor and motivate their workforce.
