The role available is for CDL-A Company Solo and Team OTR Truck Drivers. The position offers a competitive salary range where solo drivers can expect to earn between $70,000 and $85,000+ annually, while team drivers can earn between $78,000 and $90,000+ annually. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is provided to new hires, along with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,250. Pay is structured based on miles, with solo drivers receiving $0.46 to $0.52 per mile and team drivers receiving $0.57 to $0.67 per mile, plus additional fuel bonuses of up to $0.05 per mile. Drivers also earn per diem amounts—$0.15 for solo and $0.19 for team drivers. Paid orientation ensures new drivers are well-prepared before starting their routes. Referral bonuses of $1,000 are available, encouraging team growth. The position requires a Class A CDL, minimum age of 21, and at least one year of driving experience. However, drivers with 6 to 12 months of experience may start as a team driver temporarily before moving to solo runs.
