The role being offered is for CDL-A Company Solo and Team OTR Truck Drivers. This position is ideal for experienced driving professionals looking to earn competitive pay while driving quality equipment across various routes nationwide. The employment type includes options for solo driving or team driving with the opportunity for competitive pay and sign-on bonuses. Salary ranges for solo drivers fall between $70,000 and $85,000 plus, while team drivers can expect between $78,000 and $90,000 plus. Drivers receive a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,250 and base pay rates that range from $0.46 to $0.52 per mile for solo drivers and $0.57 to $0.67 per team mile. Additional earning opportunities include fuel bonuses of up to $0.05 per mile, per diem pay, and various referral and performance bonuses.

Drivers at Bulkley Trucking enjoy excellent home time with 34 or 48-hour resets, no-touch freight which allows drivers to focus on safe and efficient driving without manual loading or unloading duties, and a comprehensive benefits package. Those with 6 to 12 months of experience may need to participate in a team driving arrangement temporarily before transitioning to a solo driving role.
