Job Requirements
- Must have a Class A CDL
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have one or more years of driving experience
- Willingness to complete drug screening including urinalysis and hair follicle
- Candidates with 6-12 months of experience required to drive as a team temporarily
- Ability to pass company orientation and other onboarding processes
Job Qualifications
- Possess a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum one year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass drug screening including urinalysis and hair follicle tests
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically capable of handling long-haul driving demands
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices and navigation systems
Job Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles safely in compliance with federal and company regulations
- Transport freight efficiently on OTR routes
- Maintain accurate logs and records of driving activity
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members for route planning and scheduling
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety protocols
- Participate in company driver appreciation events and team activities
