Job Description
Red Stag Fulfillment is a leading company specializing in supply chain logistics and fulfillment services, recognized for its commitment to efficiency, safety, and driver satisfaction. The company caters to industries requiring precise and reliable freight management, with a significant focus on food-grade and bulk freight transportation. Known for its wide-reaching network, Red Stag provides nationwide transportation solutions with a reputation for maintaining high safety standards and offering excellent benefits for its drivers. Red Stag's culture emphasizes respect for its employees and continuous improvement, making it a preferred employer in the logistics sector.
We are currently seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for over-the-road (OTR) routes across national regions. This is a full-time position offering a competitive compensation structure starting at $0.60 CPM plus an additional $0.05 per mile differential pay for assignments in the Midwest and Northeast states. Our drivers enjoy a no-touch freight policy, ensuring that their primary focus remains on safe and efficient driving rather than unnecessary loading or unloading of cargo. The role involves hauling bulk food-grade materials, which requires adherence to strict safety and quality regulations to maintain the integrity of sensitive freight.
The position comes with a favorable 2-week rotation schedule, allowing drivers to balance time on the road with time off. Drivers are expected to operate under Department of Transportation Hours of Service (DOT HOS) regulations, promoting legal compliance and driver well-being. The workload averages between 3,500 and 4,500 miles per week, reflecting a substantial but manageable work volume that supports strong earnings and career stability.
Red Stag's unique drop and hook logistics model involves a 60/40 split to streamline freight handling and minimize wait times, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Moreover, drivers are compensated for breakdowns, layovers, in-field detention, and resets, which demonstrates the company's commitment to fair pay beyond miles driven. Bi-weekly pay is guaranteed at a minimum of $2,000, ensuring reliable income stability for our team.
Our routes span key lanes including Canyon, TX to Dallas, TX; Canyon, TX to Sikeston, MO; Sulphur Springs, TX to Little Rock, AR; Sulphur Springs, TX to Memphis, TN; Minter, OH to Mt. Crawford, VA; Mt. Crawford, VA to Reading, PA; Reading, PA to New Wilmington, PA; New Wilmington, PA to Minster, OH; Littlefield, TX to Plant City, FL; Freeport, MN to Elma, NY; Canyon, TX to Jackson, WI; Canyon, TX to Granite City, IL; and New Ulm, MN to Sulphur Springs, TX.
An additional pay differential of $0.05 per mile applies for loads picked up and delivered within the Midwest and Northeast regions, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation tied to regional transport demands.
This role is ideal for professional CDL Class A drivers seeking a stable, well-compensated position with clear expectations, comprehensive support, and opportunities to operate in diverse geographic regions throughout the United States.
