Job Description

Red Stag Fulfillment is a premier logistics and fulfillment company specializing in providing tailored supply chain solutions across North America. Known for its commitment to quality service and reliability, Red Stag Fulfillment supports its clients through efficient, no-touch freight operations focused on bulk food grade hauling. This company is highly regarded in the transportation industry for its emphasis on safety, technology integration, and driver satisfaction. Their operations span multiple regions including the Midwest and Northeast, reflecting their national coverage and dedication to consistent, dependable delivery services.

Red Stag Fulfillment is currently seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for full-time over-the-road (OTR) positions. This role is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for stability, competitive pay, and a well-structured schedule. Drivers will engage in transporting bulk food grade freight using no-touch equipment, focusing on safety and efficient logistics execution. The position prioritizes driver comfort and compensation, offering a blend of mileage pay with additional incentives for specific regional routes in the Midwest and Northeast.

This full-time employment opportunity offers competitive pay starting at 60 cents per mile with an additional 5 cents per mile differential for runs within Midwest and Northeast states. Drivers can expect an average weekly mileage between 3500 to 4500 miles and operate on a two-week rotation schedule. The job includes a 60/40 drop and hook arrangement, ensuring minimal downtime and steady load flow. Compensation also includes breakdown, layover, in-field detention, and reset pay to safeguard drivers' income during unforeseen delays.

The routes serviced by this position cover a broad network across the United States, including lanes from Canyon, Texas to Dallas, Texas; Sikeston, Missouri; Sulphur Springs, Texas to Little Rock, Arkansas, and Memphis, Tennessee; as well as expanded Eastern routes such as Minter, Ohio to Mount Crawford, Virginia; and further to Reading and New Wilmington in Pennsylvania. Additional lanes include Littlefield, Texas to Plant City, Florida; Freeport, Minnesota to Elma, New York; and Midwest connections from Canyon, Texas to Jackson, Wisconsin, and Granite City, Illinois.

Red Stag Fulfillment fosters a supportive work environment where drivers benefit from predictable schedules that comply with Department of Transportation Hours of Service regulations, fostering a healthy work-life balance. The company guarantees a minimum bi-weekly pay of $2000, providing financial stability and motivation. The pay structure also rewards drivers operating in the Midwest and Northeast with an extra differential pay, recognizing the challenging nature of these routes.

This role is ideal for professional CDL Class A drivers seeking a reliable company that values safety, efficiency, and driver welfare. By joining Red Stag Fulfillment, drivers become part of a reputable team dedicated to meeting industry standards and exceeding customer expectations. The company prioritizes compliance, driver pay fairness, and operational excellence, creating a highly regarded workplace within the freight and logistics sector.
