The available position is for a Delivery Driver who will run daily routes with frequent stops, responsible for loading and unloading packages using hand trucks and ensuring that deliveries are conducted efficiently and in line with designated schedules. The driver operates away from the main operating company location at a designated domiciled location closer to the customer marketplace. This role is customer-facing, requiring direct interaction with clients, obtaining delivery confirmations, and managing any customer concerns professionally. The role also involves assisting with loading trucks, palletizing products, and performing other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

Drivers must expertly organize their truck to optimize delivery efficiency, perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations, and ensure vehicle safety standards are met throughout their route. The driver plays a key role in maintaining smooth logistical operations, including verifying delivered items, managing discrepancies or returns, and contacting management when necessary. Physical demands include frequent lifting and moving of products weighing up to 100 pounds and navigating stairs, docks, and ramps across varying weather conditions.

This role requires strong customer service skills, technical knowledge relevant to transportation, and the ability to work independently while meeting company productivity and safety standards. The driver must be able to communicate effectively in English, handle money transactions if applicable, and adapt to a dynamic work environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with prior route delivery experience holding a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B required, Class A preferred) who seek a stable position within a well-established delivery company. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year of route delivery experience or equivalent driving experience
  • valid Commercial Driver's License Class B required Class A preferred
  • ability to read speak and understand English
  • ability to operate a vehicle in different weather and traffic conditions

  • physically able to perform frequent bending squatting pushing and pulling

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • run routes efficiently meeting or exceeding designated route times
