Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year of route delivery experience or equivalent driving experience
- valid Commercial Driver's License Class B required Class A preferred
- ability to read speak and understand English
- ability to operate a vehicle in different weather and traffic conditions
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- physically able to perform frequent bending squatting pushing and pulling
- able to work in confined spaces
- ability to climb on and off the truck
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school or GED or equivalent
- one year route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
- valid Commercial Driver's License Class B Class A preferred
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with public understand traffic signs respond to inquiries and complete records
- operate vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions
- meet or exceed productivity levels
- demonstrate strong customer relations and problem resolution skills
- ability to plan and organize work independently
- knowledge of product and inventory control techniques

Job Duties
- run routes efficiently meeting or exceeding designated route times
- unload product from trailer by hand or hand cart and place in customer storage areas
- frequently lift push or move product weighing 1-75 pounds up to 100 pounds
- verify delivery of items with customer and obtain signatures
- contact management for authorization when discrepancies occur and communicate errors returns
- handle customer complaints professionally
- perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
- organize truck for efficient deliveries
- check truck operational status before route
