Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
- One year of truck driving experience
- Preferred experience in customer deliveries and use of hand trucks
- Preferred food and beverage industry experience
- Preferred consistent employment history
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of CDL A truck driving experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for communication and compliance with traffic laws
- Experience in food and beverage delivery preferred
- Demonstrated reliability with at least 2 years consistent work history preferred
- Competency in operating hand carts and hand trucks preferred
- Proven customer service skills in delivery roles
Job Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various food products to assigned customer locations
- Manually unload and deliver products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through friendly and professional interactions
- Follow assigned route schedules to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Adhere to all safety, traffic, and company policies and procedures during operations
- Handle physical demands of lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing between 40-60 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Maintain an accurate and clean driving record and complete required reports and documentation
