Job Requirements
- Submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Lift, push, or move freight weighing 40-60 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Early morning availability
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety protocols and DOT regulations
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with clean driving record
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to interact with the public and understand highway signage
- Minimum age of 21 years
- One year of customer delivery experience preferred
- Six months hand cart or hand truck experience preferred
- Six months experience in Food and Beverage industry preferred
- Two years of consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to deliver products to customer locations
- Load and unload products manually including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Build strong relationships with customers using a positive and friendly attitude
- Adhere to assigned route schedules and maintain timely deliveries
- Inspect vehicle and complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues or discrepancies
- Comply with all safety and DOT regulations
