Job Requirements
- at least 21 years of age
- submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand traffic signs
- physical ability to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds repeatedly
- flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- able to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public and understand highway signs
- ability to manually handle freight weighing up to 100 pounds
- minimum 21 years of age
- prior customer delivery experience preferred
- experience using hand carts or hand trucks preferred
- food and beverage industry experience preferred
- consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned delivery routes
- manually unload and deliver products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- build positive relationships with customers through friendly and professional service
- become familiar with customer operations to meet specific needs and expectations
- adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
