Job Requirements
- Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must comply with company safety programs
- Ability to maintain punctuality and reliability
- Ability to follow route schedules accurately
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to converse with the general public and comprehend highway traffic signs
- Experience in customer delivery preferred
- Experience using hand cart or hand truck preferred
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry preferred
- Consistent work history preferred
Job Duties
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Manually unload and deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, and supplies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Follow assigned route schedule
- Ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all highway traffic laws
- Respond to customer needs and address inquiries courteously
