The drivers will be responsible for manually unloading merchandise and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to customer locations. Establishing strong relationships with customers is key, as drivers use their positive and friendly attitudes to understand customer needs and exceed expectations. This is a local delivery position with no required travel, allowing drivers to enjoy daily routes and the benefit of being home every night. The specific salary will depend on a number of individualized factors, including experience, location, and skills, though Sysco offers competitive pay and productivity incentives.

Sysco strives to create an inclusive workplace, promoting equal opportunity for all employees regardless of background or identity.

At Sysco, drivers are more than just delivery personnel; they are vital contributors to the success and reputation of the company. This role requires physical stamina to handle freight that weighs between 40 and 100 pounds, flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate, and a commitment to safe driving practices. The company offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates if needed. If you are a hardworking individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and engaging with customers regularly, this is a rewarding opportunity to join a leader in foodservice distribution and to drive success in a critical role.
