Job Description

System Transport is a well-established transportation and logistics company that has been delivering goods critical to America's infrastructure and economy since 1972. Renowned for its commitment to excellence and safety, System Transport operates a fleet of flatbed trucks across regional routes, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery services. As an employer, System Transport prides itself on offering a strong support system for its drivers, combining the resources and benefits found in large companies with the welcoming and personal atmosphere of a smaller organization. This approach helps foster a sense of belonging and stability for its employees, making it a sought-after workplace in the trucking industry.

The company is currently hiring Regional CDL-A Flatbed Drivers to join their dedicated team. This position offers a unique balance of professional responsibility and personal time, featuring most weekends off to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Drivers in this role will benefit from competitive pay ranging from $47,424 to $96,824 annually, influenced by experience, routes, and performance. Apart from base pay, the compensation package includes numerous additional earnings opportunities such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay where applicable. Paid orientation is provided with accommodations and meals covered, making the onboarding process smooth and welcoming for new hires.

Regional CDL-A Flatbed Drivers at System Transport operate on regional routes, which allows for better home time compared to long-haul positions. The drivers are responsible for safely transporting flatbed loads, many of which require hands-on work including securing loads with tarps, an essential skill that is tested during orientation. Safety and professionalism are key priorities, and drivers must maintain a clean driving record and comply with all company and federal transportation regulations. System Transport places great emphasis on supporting drivers through excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long and short-term disability, a health savings account, a 401(k) plan with a company match, and an employee assistance program.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated flatbed drivers who take pride in their work and seek a company that respects their contributions and well-being. System Transport encourages drivers who want to build a long-term career in trucking with a company that values safety, professionalism, and employee satisfaction to apply. The company’s supportive environment, combined with a comprehensive pay and benefits package, makes this role an excellent choice for experienced drivers seeking stability and growth in their trucking career. Join System Transport and become part of a company that truly keeps America moving while offering the support and respect that every driver deserves.
