Koch Trucking is currently hiring CDL-A Flatbed Company Drivers to join its flatbed division. This role offers an attractive annual salary with an average earning of $85,000, and top performers can earn up to $95,000 annually. Starting pay ranges from 61 to 63 cents per mile, depending on experience, along with a substantial $6,000 hiring bonus. The driving routes provide consistent, steady miles with an opportunity to develop familiarity with the customers you serve, creating a stable and rewarding work environment. Drivers enjoy great home time arrangements, typically out for 14 to 21 days depending on location, which helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.
