Our company is a leading logistics provider specializing in the dedicated transportation of recreational vehicles, including all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for dedicated routes delivering ATVs. This position offers an attractive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, complemented by a generous $6,000 sign-on bonus. The role involves running dedicated accounts, providing consistent and dependable transportation services to multiple dealership locations. Drivers will earn competitive pay rates, including $0.58 to $0.60 per mile, a $75 ranger fee per load, and an additional $12 securement fee for each ATV transported. Our top-performing drivers average 2,770 miles per week, earning over $1,920 weekly, while the average driver achieves around 2,550 miles per week with weekly earnings exceeding $1,795.

As a CDL-A Truck Driver on this team, you will be responsible for setting up ramps at each dealership to offload ATVs safely and efficiently. After unloading, drivers secure the ramps and proceed to the next delivery stop. Deliveries typically occur during regular business hours but may sometimes extend into later hours. Drivers generally work 14 to 21 consecutive days followed by 3 to 4 days off, with the option to take the truck home for added convenience. This arrangement supports a balanced work-life dynamic.

Additionally, our company allows drivers and their pets to join from Day One, provided the rider is at least 12 years old, enhancing the comfort and wellbeing of our team on the road. Benefits start early, with medical, dental, and paid time off (PTO) beginning the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Our drivers can also begin investing in their 401(k) from Day One, enabling long-term financial planning and security.

The role requires physical activity, including the strapping and unloading of ATVs, so candidates must be prepared for this aspect of the job. We are looking for professional drivers with at least one year of Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last five years, including a minimum of six months within the last two years. Safety and compliance are paramount; therefore, candidates must meet strict criteria regarding driving records and criminal history. This includes limits on moving violations, prohibitions on major violations, and a clean record concerning drug tests and DUIs.
