Job Description

FSR Trucking is a reputable trucking company that has been serving the transportation industry since 1974. The company’s website, www.fsrpcc.com, offers additional insights into its operations and values.

FSR Trucking is currently seeking qualified CDL-A drivers for a part-time position focused on local driving, predominantly handling US Mail routes. This role involves driving dedicated routes, with drivers expected to be home daily. Drivers will be responsible for loading and unloading mail, ensuring timely and secure delivery while adhering to all applicable safety and DOT regulations. The base pay for this position starts at $26.77 per hour plus an additional $5.36 per scheduled hour in fringe benefits, with total compensation around $32.13 per hour. The role requires drivers to have a valid CDL-A license with verifiable tractor-trailer or combination unit experience, emphasizing safety with limits on tickets and accidents in the past two years.

Drivers at FSR Trucking will find a work environment committed to compliance with both federal and state laws, continuous training to sharpen skills, and strong customer service standards. This position requires the ability to read, interpret, and apply laws and regulations concerning commercial vehicle operation. The company’s insistence on a minimum of two years holding a CDL-A license and recent driving experience assures drivers are well-prepared to meet these demands. Drivers must also pass a variety of checks including drug tests, background checks, motor vehicle checks, and road tests. Immediate home-time availability, stability from a well-established company, and a respectful, inclusive workplace make this a compelling opportunity for qualified candidates. FSR Trucking is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace, welcoming applications from all qualified individuals regardless of background, reinforcing its commitment to fairness and diversity.
