Job Requirements
- Valid and current Class A CDL
- Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Ability to meet all DOT requirements
- Stable work history within the past 3 years
Job Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Ability to comply with all DOT regulations
- Stable employment history over the past 3 years
- Good driving record and knowledge of local routes
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work morning or evening shifts as scheduled
Job Duties
- Operate commercial tractor-trailer safely on designated local routes
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight between Andover, MA and assigned destinations
- Utilize drop-and-hook method to minimize loading and unloading duties
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Maintain accurate logs and records of driving hours and deliveries
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to coordinate routes and resolve issues
