Located in Cleburne, Texas, the CDL A Driver Hazmat position at Airgas Bulk Cryo Logistics presents an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers to join a well-established company that values diversity, inclusion, and employee growth. The role of a CDL A Driver Hazmat at Airgas involves operating tractor-trailer vehicle combinations to deliver compressed and liquefied industrial gases safely and efficiently to customers or storage locations. This requires a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, safety procedures, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs, addressing any safety issues promptly, and reporting accidents or citations without delay.

Airgas drivers must also complete all Department of Transportation and company-required reports, ensuring transparency and adherence to federal and company standards. The company actively promotes professional development through a supportive environment where employees are empowered to share ideas, take initiative, and contribute to the organization’s ongoing success. Airgas’ commitment to diversity is demonstrated through its inclusive hiring practices and efforts to create a workplace where all employees feel valued and can thrive.

Joining Airgas means being part of a company that cares deeply about its employees and their families by offering a comprehensive benefits package. Beyond competitive salaries, benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, an employee assistance program, vacation and holiday pay, parental leave, and additional protections like jury duty and bereavement leave. They also offer a 401(k) plan with company matching, tuition reimbursement, and scholarship programs for employees' dependents.

Overall, this position is ideal for experienced CDL A drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements who are looking to join a reputable and caring employer in the logistics and industrial gases sector.
