The company seeks a CDL A Driver Hazmat based in Richmond, VA, on Bellwood Road, within its Bulk Cryo Logistics operations. This role offers an opportunity to work nights and weekends with a schedule that includes two consecutive days off per week, allowing drivers to be home daily with occasional layovers. The position provides the possibility of earning up to $90,000 annually and offers quarterly incentive bonuses and an unlimited $2,000 driver referral bonus. The CDL A Driver Hazmat is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of industrial gases in tractor-trailer combinations to customers and storage sites. Duties include performing meticulous pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle maintenance and safety compliance, promptly reporting any incidents or safety concerns, and completing all required reports in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Airgas policies. This position requires a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and adherence to safety standards, reflecting the company's commitment to operational excellence.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have at least three years of experience as a tractor-trailer driver
- Possess a valid Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- Ability to work nights and weekends with two consecutive days off
- Ability to perform physical inspections and maintenance tasks
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience driving tractor-trailer vehicles
- Possession of Class A CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
- High school diploma or GED, two years technical college, or military technical experience preferred
- Three years of Haz-Mat or Tanker experience preferred
- Familiarity or willingness to learn about cryogenic, compressed, and specialty gases
Job Duties
- Drive tractor-trailer to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and address maintenance needs
- Report accidents, safety issues, citations, and customer complaints immediately
- Complete required DOT and company reports
- Off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases safely and timely
- Comply with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain courteous communication with customers and team
