RNDC is currently seeking motivated Delivery Drivers who hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to join their operations team. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to a variety of customers such as grocery stores, liquor stores, hotels, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining RNDC’s reputation for reliable service and customer satisfaction. The company provides comprehensive training and support to help drivers succeed in their roles and make a meaningful impact. Drivers are responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and making an average of 20 deliveries per day, with potential increases during high-volume seasons. Accuracy in handling orders, securing deliveries, and maintaining communication with management regarding route efficiency and key updates is essential. Adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and hours of service rules is mandatory, and the role may involve the use of smartphones or other devices to manage delivery documentation and compliance. Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Two years delivery experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Requires a current Class B CDL driver's license (Class A CDL license also allowed and may be required for positions based on location)
Ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
Must be able to obtain valid DOT medical certification card and file appropriately with state Motor Vehicle Department
Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state
Employee must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift up to 100 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Accurately delivers all products by bottle, case, or pallet from the delivery truck to the customer's account by hand truck
Safely operate commercial vehicle and properly conduct a pre and post trip inspection, notating any vehicle defects
Make an average of 20 timely deliveries a day
Verify receipt of correct order with the customer by checking product against invoice, obtains customer signature and payment if necessary, for goods received
Ensure physical security of truck at all times
Provide regular feedback to management in terms of route changes, concerns or areas of opportunity
Abide by the DOT hours of service rules and regulations for their license type
