Shamrock Foods is currently expanding and seeking dependable CDL A Delivery Drivers to join their team. This position offers consistent routes with no layovers, flexible scheduling options including both 4 and 5 day work weeks, and weekends off, enhancing work-life balance. As a CDL A Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering food and restaurant supplies to customers on scheduled routes, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. You will operate company equipment safely in compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Professional and friendly customer service is a key aspect of this role, maintaining high standards and representing the company positively at all times. You will also verify delivery accuracy and maintain detailed records of deliveries.

The role requires drivers to meet certain physical demands such as regular standing and walking, handling and reaching objects, as well as lifting and moving varying weights up to 100 pounds. Visual acuity to observe surroundings and labels is necessary. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation
  • Good driving record for past 39 months
  • One or more years of tractor trailer or route delivery experience
  • Must be available to work with the demands of the department which are subject to overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, handle objects, and lift varying weights up to 100 pounds
  • Visual ability to observe surroundings and labels at close and far distances

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have Commercial Driver's License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation
  • Good driving record for past 39 months
  • One or more years of tractor trailer or route delivery experience
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
