Drivers must be prepared for regular overnights and at least three dispatches per week, demonstrating commitment to duty while adhering to company policies on safety and service quality.

Core-Mark emphasizes internal growth and professional development, offering associates frequent training opportunities in multiple formats. The company fosters a safe and inclusive environment with a culture that rewards recognition, respect, and collaboration. Benefits include Day 1 health and wellness coverage, a 401K plan with employer matching, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and education assistance, among others.
