Employees begin enjoying benefits from the first day of employment, including free uniforms and an annual safety boot allowance. You will be the face of the company, representing its values and professionalism while building lasting relationships with customers through reliable and timely deliveries. This role requires adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies to ensure safety and compliance at all times.

Your responsibilities will involve completing all necessary safety inspections of your vehicle and trailer, reporting any maintenance needs, and ensuring all freight is properly loaded, secured, and accounted for. You will conduct delivery according to predetermined routes, manage paperwork accurately, and perform damage assessments. Interaction with customers will be frequent, requiring you to handle inquiries professionally and collect payments when necessary. You will also manage returns and unload equipment and materials, maintaining cleanliness and order in your work area. Daily logging of hours and compliance with federal and state regulations is mandatory.
