The role of a Food and Food Service Delivery Driver at Performance Foodservice is critical to maintaining the smooth functioning of the country’s food supply chain. The successful candidate will be entrusted with driving tractor trailers or straight trucks on various delivery routes, which include intrastate and interstate locales, local runs, over-the-road assignments, as well as shuttle and overnight routes. Monday to Friday shifts typically involve dispatch times between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. The company offers a competitive compensation package with earning potential reaching upwards of $90,000 annually, reflecting the importance and demands of the job.
