Performance Foodservice is currently seeking dedicated and responsible Food and Food Service Delivery Drivers. This position is essential in the country’s food supply chain, playing a critical role in ensuring that food and related products reach customers safely, timely, and in excellent condition. Delivery drivers are not only responsible for the transportation and delivery of food but also serve as the face of the company, building strong and lasting relationships with customers through professionalism and reliability. The role involves driving tractor trailers or straight trucks on various routes including intrastate and interstate, local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop deliveries. Drivers must comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to maintain safety and operational standards.

This is a 5-day workweek position requiring availability from Monday through Saturday, with dispatch times that may vary depending on operational needs. The role offers a competitive compensation package with earning potential exceeding $90,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for eligible candidates. This role requires physical dexterity, including the ability to hand-lift and operate equipment like two-wheelers and lift gates, as product cases can weigh anywhere between 10 to 90 pounds depending on location.
