Overtime pay is provided after 10 hours daily and for all hours worked on the fifth day, ensuring that drivers receive fair compensation for the demanding hours. US Foods offers competitive pay starting at $31.15 during training and increasing to $34.43 once on an assigned route. First-year drivers can earn an average of over $95,000 annually, with opportunities to earn $36.70 per hour or more after the first year.

The company’s benefits package is comprehensive, beginning on day one. Paid vacation, sick, and personal time support work-life balance, and employee uniforms are provided. Additionally, a strong 401K plan with a company match and a commitment to using newer equipment enhances driver safety and satisfaction. These perks contribute to making US Foods not only a rewarding employer but also a great place to build a long-term career.
