Job Description

We are a reputable trucking company specializing in Over-the-Road (OTR) Regional transportation services across the Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States. Our fleet consists of modern, well-maintained 2024-2026 Peterbilt 579 Ultra Loft and Ultra Cab trucks, designed to provide the highest levels of comfort, safety, and efficiency for our drivers. We pride ourselves on delivering superior freight service by emphasizing safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. By continually investing in state-of-the-art equipment and fostering a supportive work environment, our company stands as a leader in the trucking industry.

We are currently seeking experienced CDL A OTR Regional Drivers to join our growing team. This in-person, company driver role involves working 10 days to two weeks on the road, offering a competitive pay scale of 65 cents per mile on all miles driven. Our drivers benefit from quarterly safety bonuses and paid medical coverage, ensuring that dedication and safety are rewarded. This position requires candidates to have a minimum of two years of CDL A driving experience, a clean safety record with no accidents in the last year, no substance abuse program violations, and no more than one speeding ticket in the past year.

The role involves operating commercial vehicles including refrigerated and dry trailers to transport goods safely and efficiently. Drivers will perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance. Effective route planning and management are essential to optimize delivery efficiency while adhering to all traffic laws. Drivers must maintain precise records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption. Communication with dispatchers and customers is critical to discuss schedules and update any possible delays. The position may also require safe operation of vehicles with automatic transmissions. Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills are essential to thrive in this role.

Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with matching contributions, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, supplemental insurance options, life insurance, and an annual Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) of $2,000. We provide paid time off and unique programs such as passenger ride-along options, pet rider benefits, and a referral program to encourage a supportive company culture. Additionally, supplemental pay opportunities include detention pay, extra stop pay, layover pay, and safety bonuses, providing our drivers with multiple avenues to increase their earnings.

If you are a dedicated CDL A driver with a passion for road safety and customer service, we invite you to take the next step in your career with us. This opportunity offers a supportive environment, competitive pay, and excellent benefits that cater to both your professional and personal needs. Apply today to join a team committed to excellence and safety on every mile traveled.
