Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of recent commercial driving experience
- Good motor vehicle record (MVR) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) clearance
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Availability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
- Physical ability to load and unload freight
- Willingness to comply with all DOT regulations
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of recent commercial driving experience
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Good motor vehicle record
- Knowledge of transportation safety regulations
- Ability to operate dry van, hazmat, and refrigerated trailers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Drive company trucks over long distances to deliver goods safely and on schedule
- Maintain communication with dispatchers to receive instructions and updates
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation regulations
- Load and unload cargo securely to prevent damage
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
