Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to handle commercial espresso machines and cooking equipment
Basic math proficiency
Effective verbal communication skills
Prior money handling experience
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior money handling skills
Computer skills
Knowledgeable in operation of commercial espresso machines
Knowledge of cooking equipment
Basic working knowledge of beverages

Two months of on-the-job training or equivalent experience

Job Duties

Welcome and connect with every customer
Discover customers needs and appropriately suggest product to enhance service and meet sales goals
Prepare beverage and food of the highest quality by following standards of service for the Grab and Go
Operate cash register and handle money
Clean and maintain the appearance of all merchandise and customer areas
Respond to customer inquiries and their requests
Learn and demonstrate creating the Spokane Tribe Casino experience
Must be able to multitask and assist customers swiftly and efficiently
Must be able to effectively communicate and problem solve
Report to supervisor or manager any customer complaints or issues
Monitor stock and communicate with supervisor
