Job Requirements
- valid registered nurse license
- minimum of five years clinical nursing experience including cardiovascular cath lab
- leadership experience in nursing
- familiarity with catheterization lab procedures and technology
- ability to manage budgets and operational plans
- strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- excellent teamwork and communication skills

- bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- experience in cardiovascular nursing and catheterization lab environment
- previous leadership or management experience in a clinical setting
- proficiency with advanced cardiovascular technologies and imaging modalities
- knowledge of healthcare quality metrics and regulatory standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- lead and manage the cardiovascular catheterization lab operations
- oversee staffing, scheduling, and call coverage to ensure optimal lab utilization
- implement process improvements and quality initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- manage budget, capital planning, and vendor relations to maintain financial stewardship
- ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and accreditation requirements
- coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and advanced practice providers for seamless workflow
- drive patient experience enhancements and throughput optimization
