The hiring institution is a top-tier hospitality and event management provider specialized in delivering exceptional catering services in high-profile venues during international tournaments. The company prides itself on creating unforgettable experiences through meticulous attention to detail, efficient event coordination, and excellence in customer service. Operating within the premium suites setting, the organization caters to an elite clientele, including commercial partners and special invited guests, ensuring a world-class environment that aligns with the event's distinguished reputation.

Reporting to the Venue Catering Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for suite clients during events, addressing service needs promptly and ensuring seamless communication between clients, catering teams, and venue leadership. This supervisory role demands attention to operational metrics, as it involves maintaining accurate daily KPI tracking covering product usage, service delivery, and overall suite performance.

Beyond operational management, the Catering Supervisor will coordinate closely with various stakeholders including catering staff, runners, and back-of-house personnel to mitigate challenges, ensure flawless service delivery, and uphold stringent safety and venue policies. Responsibilities will also encompass suite setup verification, ensuring premium standards are consistently met concerning product presentation, cleanliness, and readiness prior to each event. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills who thrives under pressure and excels in delivering service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are those with 3-5 years of hospitality or catering experience, especially in multi-unit operations and staff leadership. A bachelor’s degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service, or related fields is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered. The role will require flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demanding schedule of an international tournament. Physical stamina is essential as the position requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
