Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Catering Supervisor, Suites, to join our dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences during the FIFA World Cup 26™ Premium Hospitality Programs. Our organization is focused on providing world-class service within premium suite environments, catering to both commercial clients and invited guests. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that operations across all suites run seamlessly, aligning with the high standards expected at a global sporting event of this magnitude.
As a Catering Supervisor, Suites, your primary responsibility will be the oversight of daily suite operations within the venue. This involves meticulous planning and execution to guarantee that catering services meet or exceed the expectations of premium clientele. You will act as a vital communication link between suite clients, catering personnel, and venue leadership, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through proactive management and prompt resolution of any challenges that arise.
Day-to-day tasks include monitoring suite readiness, managing product usage, and maintaining comprehensive daily KPI tracking aligned with tournament and venue standards. Your role is designed to support both the Venue Operations and Catering teams through direct involvement in operational tasks, thereby promoting efficiency and consistency across multi-unit catering operations. You will be the primary on-the-floor contact for suite clients during match days, ensuring immediate response to service requests and the smooth coordination of team efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams. Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential given the nature of the event schedule. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, DocuSign, and Smartsheet is necessary to manage the operational workflows effectively.
The role is structured as a full-time weekly position based on a 40-hour workweek, offering a competitive weekly rate. This opportunity represents a chance to be involved at a prestigious global event that demands excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of catering and guest services. If you have experience in multi-unit catering management, a passion for delivering premium guest experiences, and the ability to handle high-pressure environments with composed leadership, this position provides an ideal platform to contribute to a memorable tournament experience.
