The hiring establishment is engaged in providing premium hospitality services for major international events, specifically targeting venues hosting the FIFA World Cup 261 Premium Hospitality Programs. This company operates within the vibrant and dynamic hospitality and event management industry, specializing in delivering exceptional guest experiences in large-scale sporting arenas and hospitality lounges. Their focus is on ensuring that guests, whether commercial clients or invited VIPs, receive unparalleled catering and service throughout the entirety of the event. With their commitment to excellence, they create memorable moments for attendees by coordinating complex hospitality operations with precision and professionalism.

They ensure premium lounge setups are pristine and aligned with presentation standards before guests arrive. The role also demands adherence to all venue, tournament, and safety policies, highlighting the importance of compliance and security in hospitality operations.

Successful candidates will bring 3 to 5 years of experience in catering or hospitality, particularly with multi-unit operations and team leadership. Educational qualifications typically include a Bachelors degree in related fields such as Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management, or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Competencies in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, DocuSign, and Smartsheet are essential to manage both administrative and operational processes.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and a capacity to perform under pressure with sound judgment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are vital, as the supervisor will need to navigate diverse teams and client relationships effectively. Flexibility regarding work hours, including long days, weekends, and holidays, is expected in this role.

Physically, the position may require the ability to lift or move items up to 20 lbs and to remain standing for extended periods, accommodating legal and reasonable considerations where necessary. Candidates should possess conversational English proficiency and legal work authorization without sponsorship in Houston. They must also be able to successfully complete the accreditation process needed for access to the event venues.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class hospitality operation during one of the most prestigious global sporting events, contributing directly to delivering unparalleled experiences to guests and supporting the successful execution of a major international program.
