Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to lift 10-50 pounds
- Mobility for production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Follow and encourage safety policies and procedures
- Report safety incidents promptly
Job Qualifications

- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to interact effectively with co-workers to ensure compliance with service standards
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Knowledge of appropriate table settings, serviceware, and menu items
- Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English to communicate with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Sufficient mobility for tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Oversee set-up and clean-up for all banquet functions
- Manage inventory of equipment, small wares, disposables, and beverages
- Supervise housemen and stewarding team during event set-up and break-down
- Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for events
- Supervise Food and Beverage service and event room set-up and clean up
- Assist with planning, organizing, and execution of functions
- Greet clients and respond to requests
- Conduct roll call meetings to inform staff about event particulars and expectations
- Oversee general cleaning tasks adhering to health standards
- Communicate with Facilities, Catering, and Culinary for last-minute changes
- Complete other duties as assigned by Catering Management
