Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in catering coordination or event planning preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients vendors and internal teams
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including event days

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients after contract execution
  • Confirm and document all event logistics including menu selections floor plans run-of-show vendor details and vehicle access
  • Create and maintain Banquet Event Orders and distribute to internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations
  • Act as liaison between venue corporate teams and parks department to coordinate event logistics
  • Act as on-site lead and primary client contact during events
  • Manage last-minute changes and client requests with professionalism
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event elements
  • Issue vehicle access permits
  • Lead weekly Banquet Event Order meetings
  • Coordinate with external vendors to confirm logistics and delivery timelines
