Aramark is currently seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee, train, and manage the food service operations. This role is vital in ensuring that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served according to safety and quality standards. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production records, and directing daily activities to guarantee efficient operations. Maintaining food production that complies with safety and quality policies, procedures, and department requirements is a crucial part of this role. The supervisor will ensure food items are stored safely, organized, and kept in a hazard-free environment. Additionally, they are accountable for maintaining serving schedules and ensuring that all food items are served according to menu specifications and departmental policies.
This position also requires the ability to maintain a sanitary department that adheres to health and safety regulations and to conduct accurate inventory checks weekly. The Food Service Supervisor may prepare orders from vendors to support accurate production for their location. The role demands knowledge in operating efficient and cost-effective programs and emphasizes supervising and evaluating employees to promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork. The supervisor must be capable of counseling and supporting staff to achieve these objectives. The role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required. Job Requirements

- Completion of sanitation course during first year
- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
