Job Requirements
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant food service experience
- At least one to three (1-3) years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
- Capability to stand for extended periods during work shifts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships

Job Duties
- Empower, lead, mentor, and develop teams through recruiting, training, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement
- Ensure food service operations align with the established Executional Plan
- Coach employees to understand performance goals and execution strategies
- Promote a culture of recognition by rewarding employee contributions and achievements
- Maintain all required safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- Identify customer needs and effectively communicate operational enhancements and service improvements
- Adopt and utilize Aramark processes and systems to drive operational efficiency
