The Catering Services Director position at Aramark is a vital leadership role responsible for driving the design and execution of dynamic dining programs tailored to meet diverse customer preferences and dietary needs. Additional responsibilities include developing and supporting efficient systems for food procurement, storage, menu planning, and sanitation, as well as sales initiatives and contract negotiations when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant food service experience
  • At least one to three (1-3) years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Capability to stand for extended periods during work shifts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
