Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant food service experience
  • At least one to three (1-3) years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Capability to stand for extended periods during work shifts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant food service experience
  • At least one to three (1-3) years of management experience
  • Demonstrated success in food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service aligned with Aramark standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience

Job Duties

  • Empower, lead, mentor, and develop teams through recruiting, training, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Ensure food service operations align with the established Executional Plan
  • Coach employees to understand performance goals and execution strategies
  • Promote a culture of recognition by rewarding employee contributions and achievements
  • Maintain all required safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • Identify customer needs and effectively communicate operational enhancements and service improvements
  • Adopt and utilize Aramark processes and systems to drive operational efficiency
