Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation or access to public transit
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service during banquet and catering events
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and set up event spaces including tables and bars
- Assist with clean-up and breakdown after events
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues effectively
- Follow health and safety regulations during all events
