- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic math skills for cash handling
- food handler certification preferred
- ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
- advise guests on menu items and appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
