Job Requirements

Must meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card
must be at least 21 years of age
previous serving experience required
ability to multi task and work in a very fast paced environment
speed, accuracy and efficiency required
excellent guest service skills
ability to troubleshoot and resolve guest situations
self directed and respected by peers
flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
training availability for 2-3 weeks full availability
minimum 3 days full availability per week ongoing

Job Qualifications

Previous serving experience
ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
excellent guest service and service recovery skills
ability to handle difficult situations calmly
self directed and trusted by peers
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language preferred

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests
take and enter food orders in POS system
serve food and beverages at proper temperature
anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
assist guests with menu options and information
clear and pre-bus tables
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of service areas
